Places to Eat & Drink

Filomena Ristorante: Quaint, family-owned and operated Italian restaurant. Located in Georgetown.


Clyde's Georgetown: A D.C. classic for American cuisine in a charming, cozy atmosphere. Located in Georgetown.


Shilling Canning Company: Our all-time favorite dinner spot in Navy Yard with seasonal menu & great cocktails.


Perry's: Our favorite spot for sushi/Japanese with a great rooftop. Located in Adams Morgan.


Dauphine's: New Orleans-inspired cuisine for dinner, drinks or brunch. Located downtown on 15th Street.


Le Diplomate: French café-style restaurant great for dinner or brunch. Located on 14th & Q NW.


Tatte: Delicious bakery and coffee shop. Locations in Georgetown, West End, Dupont and more.


Maman: One of our favorite spots for coffee/breakfast with Mediterranean influences. Locations in Georgetown, Dupont, Navy Yard and Downtown.


Salt Line: New England & Chesapeake-inspired dishes with great oysters and fun outdoor bar. Located in the Navy Yard.


Tony & Joes: Perfect spot to grab a drink at the Georgetown Waterfront.


The Sovereign: Belgian-inspired bar & bistro located off the beaten path in Georgetown. One of our favorite hidden gems for an after-dinner drink.

Things to do

Walk the Monuments

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the National Mall, where you can visit the iconic monuments and memorials that make D.C. so special. The monuments are free to visit, but you can also get tickets for the top observation deck of the Washington Monument to enjoy 360-degree views of the city.


Visit a Museum

D.C. is home to an incredible array of museums, many of which are part of the Smithsonian Institution and offer free admission. Whether you're interested in art, history, or science, there's something for everyone. The National Museum of American History, the National Gallery of Art, and the Air and Space Museum are just a few highlights.


Explore Georgetown

Wander through the charming streets of Georgetown, known for its historic architecture, boutique shopping, and scenic waterfront.


Tour Capitol Hill

Explore Capitol Hill, home to the U.S. Capitol, the Supreme Court, and the Library of Congress. These iconic landmarks are all within walking distance, offering a glimpse into the heart of American democracy.


Visit Eastern Market:
